We must be very concerned about our lacklustre transfer dealings in the recent past, especially, since Gazidis became CEO of Arsenal FC. We have either sold too late (Na$ri, Cesc, RVP), or bought too late (Arteta, BFG), or even struggled to resign players (Theo, Sagna) and worse still, we have bought very average players that we cannot sell. So, are we to expect any new WC signings in the next few weeks or ladies and gents, prepare for Sanogo and a loan deadline day signing to conclude our transfer business this season. We are fuming and it is an understatement not to be worried that our CEO in conjunction with AW, are to an extent too scared to spend, or worse, too stubborn to understand the need to reinforce and push for trophies which tbh looks like miles away.
They may prove us wrong and buy WC, but to be honest it looks unlikely especially reading between Wengers recent jibes, when asked by a reporter if we need signings of £40 m, AW warned the said reporter that, he would have been given less money to sign players since Wenger won't trust him to spend wisely, that really understate the old mans state of mind, confusing.
Recruitment Policy Questioning

I can even categorically declare that AW needs to step aside for younger hungrier manager like Jurgen Klopp.

RVP said it in his letter last year, the reason why he left is Wenger's stubborn policy has failed and he disagreed with it.
Wenger's definitely lost his magic touch in the transfer market. £15M/ on Arshavin proves that. People also forget about Reyes, who officially is our transfer record at £17M.

Reyes was actually a good signing.

if people are scared of spending because they could fail they should take up a new sport.
football is not about spending as little money as possible, no matter what arsene says.
