Carricks passing was first class. Ran the show

Rafa looked sharp

RVP was a tad clumsy in front of goal

Zaha has an awful long way to go before he should be playing for the first team in the pl

Nani was bloody good until he limped off

The game was screaming for Rooney

Good work out against a fit quality side

I agree with all the above but i feel there is a lot of catching up to do before the Swansea game. Swansea's away game on Thursday might be an indication of where we are. Malmo lie just above AIK in their league and Swansea destroyed them last Thursday (admittedly Swansea were very very impressive) so i am a little fearful as we stand today. A couple of top signings and Rooney pledging his desire to stay with us and we'll be sorts

Moyes confirmed to MUTV after the match: "Jonny actually got kneed on the ankle. He thought that he was going to be able to run it off. But if we left him on then it would only have got worse for him.

"Nani just felt his groin tighten up and he didn’t want to take any risks. Neither did we. We thought it was safer to take him off at that time."

Nani nothing too serious then, happy days.

What worries me is that I can not see what they are trying to achieve, or more accurately I do not see a difference in tactics from fergie. I was hoping for some improvement.

Glad I'm not the only one who has noticed this, I'm not even sure what formation we play these days
