Agree with that LIW. Ross is never a loan striker. Worse than that, there is no need to play 451 this season.

That would be my thought but then on the other hand he needs game time to try get back up to speed. Still wouldn't risk him in this though specially as we have other decent options.

Except you are forgetting that Grayson signed Brown so will always feel the need to start him and he surely wouldn't dare drop Howson or Clayton.

SKB, 442 allows SG to play Howson & Brown or Clayton as one option, & then rest Howson & play Brown & Clayton together as a 2nd option

Don't play players week in week out till they break down.

Paddy is valuable, but also potentially fragile.

League has to be the priority, rest him in teh Cups and let squad members shwo what theyve got and stay first team fittish!

Fair call Jonty. Maybe a half for Paddy depending on the score, or even the last 15 to 20 mins. But Lees should start on Tuesday, as much to see what he can do in a relatively important game. Partner him with Bruce or Bromby, & then bring on Paddy as replacement for the last 20 mins

Grlla, Bruce, and Bassone will never put on a LEEDS shirt again, even thou i rate Grella, he bloo it when he refused to play for Swindon.

We have the Turner twin, Zac Thompson, Payne, and McCann and the Gimp they will all be on the bench before the above players.

Agree that in the past we have not rotated the squad enough, but the season is only one game old ... Thing is if you fall off your bike best thing to do is get up dust yourself off an get back on it, trust me we had a bad fall at the weekend

Who can't play tomorrow because thye're playing for their country? That will affect who SG can pick. Add in Somma & Becchio who can't play due to injury. Will be interesting to see who does play.... & more importantly, what sort of performance we put in
