Tour of Spain

Tips for the tour of Spain? I reckon the usual suspects of Nibali ( favourite) and Rodriguez. I reckon maybe a fresh Rigoberto Uran could have a shout and maybe even Kreuziger if he can hold his form from the tour de France. What does everyone else think and why no Wiggins? He is fit and fresh.Too mountaneous for him maybe?
