maybe got more than we deserved, but other teams do it and they are classed as great and wining ugly, at last we are starting to do the same.

Brendan was tactically key to winning this game. Villa are a counter attacking team, and we decided to play deep second half and allow them to show us what they've got. They struggled to create, and we tried to counter with the threat of Cissokho and Sturridge. Aspas and Coutinho suffered because of this, and it was nevy at times, but it was a good tactic by our manager.

Yeah I mean grinding out results hasnt been our strong point for years, its a good sign!

I was impressed more by our second half performance. Countless times we have been on the opposite end. The opposition will score a sneaky goal and then defend for their lives. I know we kind off parked the bus, but I will take 3 points against 65% percent possession and losing points. Our team is showing character, wilingness to dig in and grind results. And, for once out keeper is making those late match saves which proves the difference. Absolutely stoked with the result.
