Very touching gesture from Kaka, albeit with the caveat that I'd guess his bank account probably contains a balance of 8 figures.
In terms of our crocks i.e. Abou Diaby, hopefully this is his last season with the club.
Wenger talks about value for money but he doesn't always practice what he preaches.
Let's say, including transfer fee's, agent fee, signing on fee we paid £5m for him.
Let's say his average wage since he joined was 45k, although this is probably a conservative estimate.
I make that somewhere in the region of £22m for his services, so far. What an utter waste.

Nice gesture but hes been milking from Madrid for 2-3 season getting paid over 150k. I doubt he needs to money.
Now if only diaby would fack off.

Kaka probably has clause where he isn't paid if he is injured. But the club probably allows him to save face because they bought a known crock and don't want to be accused of poor management for buying Kaka.

Diaby is always out for such a long time that when he comes back he inevitably gets injured again as his body has not got used to a run of games. Just a vicious circle.

To be fair, if Diaby did that for every injury, he'd starve.
