Today the Daily Star is reporting that Moyes is preparing to pay £25m to bring Luke Shaw to United. Now I'm not the sort of fan that believes everything they read in papers (not least the Daily Star) and I tend to leave that sort of speculation to our less discerning posters. We know who they are.
Instead this is more about Shaw as a player and I've got to say, putting tabloid speculation aside, I would love to see him at United. He's impressed me every single time I've watched him, is yet another player coming out of Southampton's brilliant youth set-up and - at only 18 - would be a far better long-term replacement for Evra than Baines. Add to that that he has the ability to play on the left wing (another problem area for us) and he does seem to be an ideal candidate.
Downsides: Southampton would definitely be demanding a high fee, especially with him recently signing a new 5 year deal. Also, it's common knowledge that he's a Chelsea fan so would most likely prefer to go there and Chelsea, too, need to look into replacing their ageing left back.
What do other people think of him?
Luke Shaw

You could have just said at the start - like most of us - that 25m was too much for Shaw, but 15m would have been worth a punt.
Instead you went on a long ass fecking ramble about Herrara, established players, and youth not being good enough.

So your definition of an established player, is everyone. Except Shaw. Who didn't meet your original criteria anyway.

You did. However, you also brought Herrara up, needlessly, complained that we shouldn't be buying youth and should instead be buying established stars, which has lead us to where we are now.
You not being able to give a definition of what you consider established out of the age bracket - which is frankly bóllocks.

Didn't Indian moan like fek that we let the established Pogba go?
................
I think that there is a very solid case for Indian and Robb being the same person.
They are both walking contradictions.
