I'm talking about those footballers who haven't achieved anything other than a few good performances but get praised as great footballers. Vote for who you think is the most overrated in the PL
Vote 5-Jack Wilshere - Shown promise but other than a decent 18 minutes against Barca and a few other decent performances here and there, hasn't achieved anything. Still young but not the saviour of English football as some have said. Certainly no where close to Scholes, Lampard or Gerrard. Has achieved less than Joey Barton. 'He dominated the Barca mid'. No he didn't. Though even Park Ji Sung had Pirlo in his back pocket
Vote 4-Aaron Ramsey- Had a lot of talent before his injury and recently has started to show it. However calls by arsenal fans of him being the next Gerrard or Zidane are silly. He's not the best midfielder in Europe as some gooners have said. I see a similar path to Fletcher. Criticized by his own fans early on but become a solid fixture in the team
Vote 3-Kochenly some people would put him in a world 11 or prem 11
Vote 2- Gary Cahill- He's a decent defender but can be error prone
Vote 1- Joe hart - Quite a few pundits still seem to rate him over De Gea, which is simply wrong

Over the past 2-3 seasons i'd say Benteke, Cahill, Hart, Lambert, Sterling, Fellaini, Baines & Parker are or where vastly overrated there's probably a few more as well (lots of english players in there ).
I think the City team that won the title were rather over rated, Real Madrid as well judging from their European record over the last 10 years.
Underrated players i'd say Lucas Leiva, Noble, Giroud, Dembele, Rafael, Ivanovic, Ashley Westwood (Villa) Sessegnon,Ter Stegen (BMG keeper) to name but a few.
Underrated team's Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Fiorentina from abroad, can't really name any underrated British teams, maybe Southampton.

He's never been a consistently great player. He'll have spells like he is at the moment where he's great and is scoring goals for fun, then have these periods where he can't score, and with it his passing and first touch looks off.
