Ridiculous injuries

Does anyone in the world know exactly what has happened to Danny Rose and Capoue?

The injury news/diagnosis at Tottenham is starting to become a joke. Where the hell are these players? Apparently they were both 'knocks' yet Capoue is close to 2 months out now while Rose is about 6 weeks I think.

Why can't the club be honest with fans? And why have we not recalled BAE? Looklikemodric, if you are about, can you give any answers?

Also, what is the score with Kaboul!!!!!

Always a good reference point

Yeah what's up with the clear discrepancies between the diagnosis and estimated time out injured and the truth? Not as if they're anywhere close nowadays.

I assume it is mind games from AVB.

As in to keep the next opposition manager guessing as what personnel will be on the pitch.

He fully knows the situation. Rarely does an injury change unless there is a setback.

Kabouls original return to injury I had it down to the exact week he returned (this was in august 12 he returned febuary I think) yet avb was making comments saying Kabouls would be out for just a few weeks. Strange.

LLM what are your thoughts on AVB's crowd comments? Will the club lay into him over it?

Without being scathing mate and going into specific details of personnel it is all down to the medical team. If they were a manager the fans would be calling for their heads.

Case and point yesterday, head injury for Townsend 5 minutes to play in the match it was deemed appropriate to send him back on.No sport in the world takes chances with a head injury. Ridiculous decision but them decisions are consistent every single time.

What about Lennon had a small broken bone in his foot allowed to play against palace aggravating it as you would expect.

Kaboul last season pencilled in for surgery allowed to play against Newcastle and nearly ending his career aggravating his long term at that point knee injury.

Kaboul and Capoue should start tomorrow night.

Rose is feeling some discomfort which is why he is not back yet.

i am pretty sure that last season you said that the medical team would basically be sacked and replaced...

and if they are so bad like you are making out, then what the fack are we doing as a club continuing to employ them to look after assets that are worth millions and millions of pounds to the club?

the whole thing is a shambles.

@makemyday

Someone will have a word with him as it is a p.r disaster. The supporters trust and club are coming up with ways to make more noise.

Stupid to criticise on sunday as lets be fair rightly or wrongly some fans are now confused with what they can sing or they cannot sing.

@topgeezah

Not really at every level there is no true natural left back. Veljkovic or Stewart can play there but are centre backs by trade. Alex Mcqueen or Kyle Walker-Peters play there too but again that is not their proper position and avb does not ever use youngsters.

@chronic

There have been several changes but the one person I personally think is at fault is still there.

For example Liverpools club doctor was nicked from us.

Tom Carroll has returned to the club for treatment from QPR..

He got a kick during the England u21 game against Lithuania.. still abit fragile for the first team but could be something special if we look after him!

From what I've heard Danny Rose has a hyper extended toe. Which is known as "turf toe" in American Football and apparently quite common.

Despite being only a toe injury it can take a long time to come back from and has a chance of being a chronic problem if not treated properly.
