unless those who compile the list think he is rubbish then it would not be a joke this would simply be a judgement on his ability.

if they think he is good and left him off for a laugh then that would be a joke

not a very good joke like say

unless you, or someone else writes to the author of the study, and even then if it wasnt you who asked (wrote) then you would be reliant on the chap who did informing you of the conclusion.

This would be further complicated if the chap who wrote the article, on receiving your (or the other chaps) question as to why a player was left off the list simply binned or ignored your question.

This would mean you were no further forward on the quest to find out.

Im just off the phone to my nephew who has been working for 6 months in Turkey he is back for 4 weeks then off for 6 months in Italy and so it goes on.
He is paid in the UK and its a UK business
Should he be paying tax PAYE and council tax?

Paid in to his UK bank so taxed as if he was staying here

also whats the cheapest way to get cash when you are away
can you avoid the cash withdrawal charges in any way
