Do the Jamaicans Have a Doping Problem?

I wont offer an opinion one way or another....

The random testing and off season testing in Jamaican athletics is not anywhere near close to that of most other countries. A few years ago adult braces were in fashion amongst Jamaican athletes....it has been postulated that HGH was possibly involved in that(To avoid the common front tooth gap that many HGH users develop).

Is the Jamican problem any worse than the steroid abuse the college football system over in the US. I'm not sure.

Only drug problem on that Island is due to Sensimilla killing off the more traditional Kaya, a modern day outrage!

No they don't. A country with a history of continuous doping of their top athletes over the years is considered a country having doping problem. Obviously, this is not the case with Jamaica. Having said that, it is unfortunate the recent doping scandal of so many of the Jamaican athletes following the country's recent dominance on the world stage. Most definitely this will attract speculation, but I don't think they are malicious in this finding. Notwithstanding, anyone found guilty should be dealt with severely.
