I don't see why it's such a big deal. The ref might well have been 30-40 yards from the goal so she's seen it not get stopped by the net, so it's hardly her fault if she's given a goal kick - as someone said on the Facebook post, it's surely the fault of the linesman who should have checked the net before the game!
(that said, the video was rather amusing )
