David Moyes

I'm not a Manchester United fan but i'd like just say that the amount of threads calling for Moyes to be sacked is ridiculous, I think one or two of you have to be more realistic.

Firstly, do you seriously think that Sir Alex Ferguson and the Manchester United Board were that wrong? They've seen something, no matter what it is they've seen it, yer David Moyes isn't a world class manager but they've clearly seen the potential there for him to become one. Being a world class manager doesn't happen over night and he isn't use to this sort of expectations and sheer pressure but i'm confident that Sir Alex and Co. will be right over time.

In all honesty the team needs a overhaul, did sir Alex get out at the best time, considering the investment in the summer for the rest of the premier league teams. You've got players in the Man U team that are 2 ends of spectrum players who are old and best days have past and players who have potential but aren't there yet. David Moyes has to be given at least 2/3 transfer windows to get his team. Looking at the team at the moment other than the strikers the rest of squad is fairly average be realistic and patient look how long it took Sir Alex.

im not one for sacking Moyes, but this reason is trotted out far too often, "Fergie picked him so trust that he'll be right"

well fergie also signed Djemba-Djemba, Kleberson, Bebe, Obertan, Liam Miller, David Bellion etc, etc

Moyes needs to stand firm and get rid of the makeweights and deadwood.

He cannot be judged on what Fergie left him.

They can't sack him, it would reflect badly on fergie after he give him the seal of approval.

Rubbish. Of course they can sack him. They can and will if things don't improve.

I have a feeling there will already be talks being held as we speak. The team don't see behind him which is worse than not getting results.

Sorry.

Won't sack him, I stand corrected.

The players are bigger than the club. How else can you justify such amateurish behaviour?

If united dont get any wins in the next 2 games, he wil be sacked and rightly so! The football is fooking shocking and the players have been lost.......so if he goes i wont be losing any sleep over it thats for sure
