Next-gen lull

I'm not sure I can agree that popularity = quality but I see what you're saying. I guess I like a bit of thinking in gaming which, lets be honest, Rockstar games aren't known for. And honestly not even Bethesda are doing that well in that aspect. Bioware, aside from going very mainstream in Mass Effect 3 does this very well.

No it doesn't but at the same time a game wouldn't get THAT popular without having the quality behind it, that's what I mean. If you want a game where there's more strategy/logic needed then play an MMO.

And I'll probably get the Mass Effect games eventually.

Rockstar (specifically the GTA series) is possibly the only case where the popularity and quality are both so high.

Not really getting any better is it. Titanfall and Second Son? Whats really going on here?

Titanfall is fúcking awesome, been playing the shít out of it the last few days.

The XB1 is still far harder to use than the 360, they should just port the UI over, would be much better.

Years in and nothing has changed.
