Don't know why I'm even bothering to make this article considering the lack of response it'll get , but I've made a nice Fifa formation for Arsenal and it works quite well for other teams as well.
It's a variation of the 4-4-2 with 2 DM's. FM players will be familiar with this as one of the most popular tactics for the game utilises it. I've tweaked it a bit to suit Arsenal, though it can work for any other team, I think.

Always select 'counter attack' at the start of every game.
With Arsenal I have this line up:

----------Walcott--------------------
You may not trust it because of it's unusual shape, but this suits Fifa's gameplay perfectly - Solid defensive shape with perfect room to play on the counter. It may look as if Giroud and Walcott are the wrong way round but I think this gets the best out of both of them.
For other teams, this can be changed to suit them. Some teams, you may find you wanna play the DM on the left and the CM on the right - move the CF accordingly if so. Depends on the players you have

My favourite formation that I've used online since FIFA 12 is the classic 3-4-3. Brazil are often the best team to use:
