Has arum built the extra seats yet?

Remember when Arum said Manny was ready to go on May 5th 2012 when Mayweather was sentenced to jail and when Mayweather's jail sentence got put back to June, Arum came out of excuses like Pacquiao's cut wont heal they need more time for outdoor stadium and my favourite excuse from Bob that Manny would be ready to fight Mayweather in June knowing full well Mayweather has to go to jail then.

Yet we still get these idiot deluded pactards like Kash etc thinking Mayweather is avoiding Pacman. First off why would Mayweather avoid Pacman when Pacman cant beat Marquez and has looked like dogs hit since 2010.
