Ok so we are coming to the end of what's been a brilliant year for boxing. We've had some terrific fights but some fighters have really stepped up and shone. So who is your fighter of the year?
Obviously this is a subjective matter but for me timothy bradley is my fighter of the year 2013.He has had 2 big fights this year, one of which was against provodnikov in what was probably one of the best fights I have seen in recent years. That arguably could be fight of the year also, but for me that fight really showed what true champions have that others don't and that's a capacity to dig so deep that you find an extra reserve of energy and heart.Coming off that win against pacquiao, bradley had doubters but that win against provodnikov showed me that he has a great amount of heart and not just boxing skill.
His 2nd fight was of course against a top 5 pound for pound fighter in juan manuel marquez.Marquez was coming off that big win over pacquiao and this was in my eyes the real big test for bradley and he came through it with fly colours. He showed that he can box with the best technical boxers out there and he also showed he can hand mentally with smart experienced fighters like marquez.
Bradleys stock has risen this year and let's not forget his 31 and 0.
Who is your fighter of the year 2013 and why?

4 wins out of 4 and it was the way he won them.

Well lets give it to Deontay Wilder. Spectacular knockout victory one after the other. According to chabillionaire logic

Garcia, Bradley or Stevenson, quality wins > average/ decent wins such as guys like ggg or kovalev
If I had to choose 1 then Bradley just edges for being the only fighter who beat a p4p top 5 fighter

Well not really, seeing as Stevenson's were world title fights. Great logic yourself

It's quite obvious 4 wins by ko 3 of them against world top 10 ranked opponents are a tad different to ko guys who are probably dragged off the street a few hours before the fight and oh yeah Audrey Harrison

D.Garcia's had a good year, but I'm still not convinced by him. Only a matter of time before he's found out imo. He's a solid fighter, nothing more. He's flat-footed, got no head movement at all and slow.

Has to be between Floyd, Garcia and Stevenson. I would vote for Danny Garcia.

Rigondeaux for me
schooled Donaire for 11 3/4 rounds
and comprehensively out boxed a quality fighter in Agbeko
