Why the panic? Things are looking up.

Having been away, i didn't get to follow any of our recent games closely, but the vibe seemed to be that of dejection and confusion over Kenny's team selections and tactics, but having just checked out some stats it appears that things are certainly looking more positive in terms of overall displays, though obviously stats do not tell the full story.

The last five games:

v Preston 20-5
v Gillingham 18-8
vTranmere 12-5
vOrient 18-6
v Crewe 14-8

Thats 82 shots to 32 in our favour, thats impressive in any language, which makes it a mystery as to why we don't seem to be picking up the points of late, but surely highlights why we are actively looking for goalscoring options.

Prior to the last 5 games we had not had a run of games where we had dominated these stats at all, just a game here or there pretty much.

The rest of the seasons games:

v Rotherham 7-14
v MK Dons 13-12
v Posh 15-6
v Tranmere 23-5
v Brentford 11-11
v Notts County 11-15
vCarlisle 11-9
v Stevanage 10-13
v Bradford 14-12
v Oldham 16-10
v Coventry 9-8
v Colchester 17-13
v Sheff Utd 11-12
v Shrewsbury 10-11
v Walsall 16-13
v Swindon 11-23
v Port Vale 14-8
v Crawley 13-15
v Bristol City 13-11
v Gillingham 25-13
v Preston 12-6

Its funny how we were picking up points whilst not dominating these stats early in the season but now we seem to be finally controlling the game more we are picking up fewer points, surely that is going to change pretty quickly, whatever Kenny has done, it seems to be finally clicking performance wise, results will surely follow.

Blimey, ten years.

Stefan Iversen - we never stood a chance of survival. Yet if they had done the double over Man City (and the away game we were robbed blind), Wolves would have stopped up at their expense.

Amazing really that we see Ikeme fitting in with this 'young squad' of our when he featured on the bench that day.

And to think that Ganea shared a pitch with Christiano Ronaldo...

Good days to be a Wolves fan. I think you appreciate the highs more when they're harder-earned.

A special promotion for sure after so so long in the wilderness, remember being brought to tears in a bar watching.
Was going to Malta and had checked in baggage early just to leave and get to a pub, almost missed the flight!!
