This scenario is very unlikely to occur, but would you either:
a) Win the FA Cup and stay in the Championship.
b) Get promoted.
These are the only choices.
This does not take into account future successes in the league EG. You may get promoted next year.
Conundrum…

Surprised you missed out the Soccer 6 Rev. Winners in 198?, runners up the next year... Can you imagine today's stars taking part in something like this madness?

Soccer Six was about 1987 I think. Forest played I their away kit. I have a recollection of it being in Grandstand or something. Remember Franz Carr being awesome.
I think has to be promotion. Agree with Vidal, you have to enjoy the ups because the downs are never far away. Seen Forest win promotion a few times and they are the memories that really stick with you.

Promotion along with a decent cup run taking a big scalp, retain the Brian Clough trophy. Will do for me for this season.

We have more of realistic chance of winning the Cup, if we get promoted.

That centenary cup saw Wembley divided up like a cake with each club allocated one section of the ground each so each team got about 3000 tickets. Who did Forest beat in the final. Was it Sheffield Wednesday?

Promotion easy.
It would be the best thing for the club and it's been a long time for us.

My head says promotion but my heart says the F.A.Cup.
Love to see that cup being held aloft on the Council House balcony.
