Thoughts on today?

By all accounts the week just gone wasn't the best for Arsenal. The game at Anfield needs no further discussion. It seemed like as low as Arsenal could sink but then you hit rock bottom and managed to draw at home to us

But, all joking aside, are you guys feeling resigned to defeat today or do you expect a reaction? I actually fancy an Arsenal win today. I think, so soon after that match last week, the players will have a massive point to prove. Your form at home hasn't been bad and Liverpool do look beatable on their travels, relative to their home performances.

I don't really frequent the Arsenal board but I imagine the mood in the lead up to this game hasn't been one of confidence. And any Arsenal supporting friends I have seem to think the tank is empty and the players are out on their feet.

Does anyone feel the way I do though, that you can pull out a big performance today? Needless to say, I will be cheering Arsenal on

I'll not be greedy. 4 nil will suffice

Normal service resumes today. The obligatory Skrtel red card, plus a blinder from Olivier. Not worried one bit.

The obligatory Skrtel red card

You missed last week huh?

Anyway this is a whole different game, flamini is back and it's at the Emirates. You've got to fnacy Arsenal really but...... what pressure! I have no idea what team Wenger will play.

If LFC score first it'll be tough for Arsenal and they'll be desperate not to lose. LFC will be happy with a draw and I think that's what it will be. Given the fixture list I'd fancy us in the replay.

First goal is crucial. With the confidence Liverpool are playing with, it would be tough to stop them if they go in front. But if Arsenal hit the front, they are probably the most adept team in the league at seeing it out.

I said it last week.

First goal wins.

Liverpool got an offside Skrtel header that changed the game (anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't understand causality and determinism).

I am not confident but we need to win this more than Liverpool do so fingers crossed.

Flamini is the game changer!

Your players not running around enough caused the match to be determined by four clear goals

Cazorla, Oxlade, Wilshere, Giroud, Ozil and two attacking full backs sunbathing in the Liverpool half of the pitch caused the debacle.

Mathieu Flamini will be the Man of the Match today.

More to do with bad marking at set pieces and Ozil dwelling on the ball and allowing Liverpool straight at the back four with acres of space in behind them.
