They will get an ex-Director to conduct an investigation and they will be found not guilty and not have any titles stripped. Then they won't pay tax on their employees earnings and be put into administration and liquidated.
They will start afresh as a new club and the Spanish League will let them enter into it's lowest tier.
They will then blame their predicament on [...], Real Madrid, [...].

Er, no....they've actually done that already!

Sorry...that was supposed to refer to the "blame Real Madrid" bit.

Actually, in his first presser, the new chairman's first line of defence was to bring up the Di Stefano controversy from 60 years ago ("We were not going to allow another Di Stefano scenario" or some such) and refer to 'interested parties' in the investigation, publicly questioning the fact that the proceedings were being conducted in Madrid - which is the seat of the National Court whose responsibility it is to investigate any offences with pan-regional or international ramifications.

Needless to say the Catalan media had already accused the judge in charge of the case of being a Real Madrid fan.
