Common McDermott, should admit he's not the right man for Leeds, and should do the honourable thing and resign, in fact he should not have come back after the sacking last time, we won 5-1 when he was not there !! Why don't he hang on for them to sack him?..
Then and again, the boss in waiting has had talks with him, maybe they like eachother enough for him to say, ey up bud, I've got the backing and I like your idea's!..
Only a thought, but maybe he will give him the first crack with his whip!.
Mind you, I'll have to admit, I thought the same with Grayson, under the circumstances he did as good as he could!..
Odd how people know the bods incharge are in it up to their wig pieces, but still blame the manager for the backing they couldn't possibly supply!.

Sack him and sack him now. Can't see any logical reason to keep him. Best performance of the season thus far? Huddersfield Town. Funny that.......
