Tenby 1-2 Salisbury
Tenby scorer: Pedro (Silva)
Salisbury scorers: Yaya (Ronaldo), Ronaldo (Pogba)
MOTM: Steven Gerrard – Bossed the midfield area .
Yellows:
Tenby: Navas, Terry and Shaw
Salisbury: Pogba, Zabaleta and Toure
Feedback:
As a unit Tenby did have their moments going forward. But Salisbury looked class from the off with Gerrard dictating the pace all match. Tenby did take the lead early on like with Kurzawa up field and struggling to get back Silva saw Pedro in space and played the ball in and the Tenerife born Spanish international put the home side one up. However, after half time Salisbury continued the dominance they’d shown in the first half but had an end produce in this half. On 55 mins Ronaldo was given the ball by Kurzawa and the Portuguese international saw Ivorian Toure running from deep and from 20 yards out fired the ball low past the Tenby keeper. Whilst on 60 mins it was Pogba breaking from deep who slide a lovely ball through for Ronaldo to get on the end of.

Southend 2-2 Sekhukhune Lions
Southend Scorers: Aguero (Di Maria), Aguero (Insigne)
Lions scorers: Suarez (Isco), Costa (Isco)
MOTM: Aguero – took his two goals well.
Yellows:
Southend: Wanyama
Lions: Modric and Costa
Feedback:
Southend looked the stronger of the two teams and it took the Lions a while to pull themselves together and level the game. However, Southend raced into a 2-0 lead at half time with Ivanovic finding Di Maria and Di Maria slipping the ball into Aguero for 1-0. Southend doubled their lead just before half time with Insigne sending a thunderbolt of a shot towards goal and the Lions keeper fumbled the ball and Aguero was there to tap the ball home. After half time the match turned on its head with the Lions dominating possession and just 5 minutes into the half Modric broke free from his man and played the ball to Isco who finds Suarez and its 2-1 now. Isco then on 75 minutes is found by Alien and the Spaniard finds Costa who coolie slots home the equaliser. In all honesty the attacking talent on show today it they was always a chance of goals.

Aberdeen 2-1 Fishguard
Aberdeen scorers: Negredo (Sanchez), Neymar (FK)
Fishguard scorer: Finnbogason (Boetius)
MOTM: Khedira – The one man from the Fishguard side you want kept quiet all game is Klaassen and Khedira managed to keep him quiet for long spells of the game.
Yellows:
Aberdeen: Khedira, Negredo and Felipe
Fishguard: Blind, Klaassen and Veltman
Feedback:
Aberdeen had a game plan and played well all game and limited a very exciting Fishguard to chances all game. With Hamsik and Vidal playing a one two down the middle with Vidal playing Sanchez in behind Rekik and the former Barcelona man spots Negredo running into the box from deep and the Spaniard places a low shot into the back of the net. Fishguard had the Lion’s share of the possession and did play some neat stuff in the middle of the park but failed to get danger man Klaassen on the ball enough today. With that side it was Blind who found Klaassen out of Khedira’s back pocket for the first time in the game on 60 mins and the Dutchman found Boetius who slide the ball through to Finnbogason who slotted home an equaliser. With 5 minutes left of the game Neymar was brought down just outside the box by Veltman and the Brazilian picked himself up and fired home the winner.

Stockport 1-0 Burnley
Stockport scorer: Reus (Eriksen)
MOTM: Carrick – Blocked everything that came his way today
Yellows:
Stockport: Carrick
Burnley: Rooney, Busquets and Falcao
Feedback:
Burnley tried everything in their power to break down a stubborn Stockport side today but everything they’d throw at them Stockport wouldn’t budge. Burnley didn’t do anything wrong at all today dominated a lot of the game but when it got to the final third they was just no chance of getting through today. As a result the only game of the game came through a counter attack from the home side with Reus and Eriksen breaking quickly down field with Hernandez and Reus was played through on goal by Eriksen.

Shrewsbury 1-1 Blackpool
Shrewsbury scorer: Ibrahimovic (Kroos)
Blackpool scorer: Higuain (Schurrle)
MOTM: Alonso – could have been any one of the DM/CM’s from either side but Alonso’s passing was brilliant as usual today.
Yellows:
Shrewsbury: De Rossi and Ribery
Blackpool: Paulinho and Alves
Feedback:
Two teams who play the game like each other and the game was very even at times but Alonso showed why many rate him as one of the best passers in the game with a lovely cross field ball to Robben who played played Kroos in and the German slipped the ball through to Ibrahimovic who fired the home side into an first half lead. As Shrewsbury were looking to double they lead it Blackpool countered down the left with Schurrle and he played Higuian for the equaliser.

Cambuur 2-2 Dagenham and Redbridge
Cambuur scorers: Muriel (Bernard), Coutinho (Muriel)
Dagenham scorers: Lewandowski (Bale), Bale (Gotze)
MOTM: Thiago – he was the one wanting to be on the ball all game by Buzzing around
Yellows:
Cambuur: Romulo, Varane and Perin
Dagenham: Martinez and Ramos
Feedback:
Two teams who like to be on the ball, one based on Power and Pace, the other just pace. It was Cambuur who started the brighter of the two teams with Thiago getting on the ball at every opportunity and from his pass to Bernard the Brazilian plays in Muriel to give Cambuur the lead. Just 10 minutes later Dag’s are level with Bale finding Lewandowski who heads the ball into the back of the net. Then after the break Gotze is brought down by Romulo and a freekick is given and it’s Bale who is they to head Gotze’s freekick into the net. But Cambuur reply straight away with Thiago finding Muriel who has come short to get the ball and Coutinho running past him gets on the ball and fires the ball into the back of the net.

Leeds 2 Vs 1 Harrogate
Leeds Scorers: Vela(Dzeko), Long (Konoplyanka)
Harrogate scorer: Willian (N/A)
MOTM: Konoplyanka (full of creativity and always looked dangerous.
Also put a fabulous effort in when helping out defensively.)
Yellows:
Leeds: Dzeko
Harrogate: Azpilicueta, Ramires
Feedback: A good tactical display by Leeds gave them a crucial home win against a good Harrogate side. Leeds first goal was textbook stuff. Konoplyanka breaking on the left wing and leaving Sagna for dust. He whipped a perfect cross in for Dzeko who expertly nodded it in to the path of Vela who made no mistake from 3 yards out. An error by Peter Cech saw a very timid effort from Willian slip through his hands and give Harrogate the equaliser just after half time. Leeds tactic was working perfectly and with both Lucas and Mascherano bossing the midfield, and with both Konoplyanka and Dyer putting in a great shift they managed to nullify Harrogate's trhreat both in the middle and out wide. Things had gone a bit stale but a slight change in formation from Leeds saw Shane Long come in to the fray in what was an inspired substitution. Again textbook stuff from Konoplyanka - a perfectly whipped in cross from the left flank saw Long outjump the Harrogate defence and bury the ball hard and low past the keeper. This is how it finished.
