Cazorla should be dropped to a squad player, has gone missing 90% of the time this season, disgraceful from him

^^^ the reason why he isnt performing is simple taking it easy so he doesnt get injured wants to play at world cup more than Arsenal who fund his wages.

And we gave him a big wage increase. Y do we reward mediocracy? Its like play well for a half a season or at least one and we make them into top wage bracket earners.

^^^ i know right what has he done this season that required the wage increase, i've got a fantastic stat on Mr Carzola that might surprise you & others in 15 UCL games he hasnt managed 1 goal yet.

He is an average player and never seems to show up, much the same as podolski.

Both should be upgraded

What he is is a player who isn't going to flourish when we can't get the ball out of our midfield and calm the tempo down.
