Moving on

Hopefully now Cellino/Eleonora deal is done, dusted and off the table.

One hopes that GFH now focus on alternatives.

I would imagine that:

BM's job is safe for the rest of the season
Players might feel a little more settled now circus around Cellino has died down
GFH must amend how much money they're taking out of club, how they are going to support club
GFH must start looking at alternative buyers

Accounts are due by the end of the month but I believe will be filed late to hide a multitude of sins so still some turbulence left this season, but hopefully the divisive issue of Cellino can be consigned to history and we can enjoy some football for a bit!

Well if Eleonora signed a contract committing to six months funding then we are OK until August I guess. This gives him time to appeal the FL decision/re-structure the company and test it out in UK law if he has the stomach for a fight.

I must admit - for a trained accountant he seems a bit naive on the old money front

But then how does that work. That sounds impossible to work out. If someone leaves the kettle on overnight, does he pay for that or is that the responsibility of GFH. If GFH invite someone over, is it at Cellinos expense or theirs. Who signs a player?

Sorry but that makes no sense at all. Now that he has been knocked back by FL any deal with GFH is out the window as far as I can see

Don't be so sure. If the reports from Phil Hay are correct and the contract states exactly that then he will have to stick to it surely? He cannot just tear up a signed contract.

Vodka, because gfh, the most incompetent group to ever run a football club belittled a bid, do you suddenly trust their judgement?

Gfh are greedy, hence the reliance on an alliance with a completely unsuitable suitor just because he bailed them out of their short term financial issues.

There will always be folk interested in Leeds, unfortunately you need to show a little patience.

It's pretty strange how quiet the other interest parties have been since the FL rejected Cellino.

Maybe they now realise they have to step up to the table with a firm bid and are actually bricking it.

Or maybe there is truth in the rumour that Cellino signed a contract to fund the club for six months after they exchanged contracts and they have suddenly realised that they won't get us on the cheap through adminstration?

Not sure we can afford to be patient. If we are losing money as has been stated and Cellino stops bailing us out..........GFH havent paid a bill for months............we could be in all sorts.

Surely you can see that. And I dont expect to hear from Farnan again.

Vuduka, unfortunately we are going to have to be patient, things will get worse before they get better.

Care to have a wager on that?

" And I dont expect to hear from Farnan again."

Doesn't anybody on here ever bother to do any more than speak a lot of tosh about what they think will happen. Here is what Farnan had to say.

"The less said the better right now, time will sort things out and then we can talk"

Can I have a few grand on with you as well Viduka?

There is no wonder there is such confusion on here when people don't check their facts about what is said or what is written in official documents. Taking for gospel what is said by the press or on Twitter and Facebook is going to make you wrong most of the time. Somebody on here doubted me about something I had found out from the the horses mouth because somebody called Hay hadn't heard anything about it. Guess what, Hay found out a few days later it was right. Go to the source if you want to know what is right.
