Admit it please

Listening to Eddie Gray, who I greatly admire, I am fed up of him saying every week that the players need confidence and courage. The reason they don have either is simple, they are not good enough. Its obvious after all these matches why doesnt he say it?

I have supported BM to now and thought he could succeeed but he is not able to do anything or even get the team playing. I hate to say it but we were better last year.

Board - not good enough
Players - not good enough (one or two exceptions)
Manager - not good enough
Fans - brilliant as always
Cellino - is more than good enough and declared not fit and proper

Say it Eddie, the players are LETTING THE FANS DOWN

The manager cannot keep saying the same things he has to say the truth someone is not good enough because he says we are all working hard and the fans desrve better.

When will we get it?

It's a sad day, sorry and no disrespect, when Bournemouth put us to shame.

4-0 as I speak. Bournemouth are laughing at us! Easy!
Seriously, Hunt playing, for goodness sake.

One of the comments McDermott keeps making is that he has had a good conversation with the players. This i believe is after a reversal such as last evening, or rather every game these days.

Good grief," a good conversation", where is the passion in that. Ferggie used to throw tea cups after a bad result. Even after they might have won but the performance had not pleased him

That is the point this bloke does not in any way exude passion, confidence in any degree. One dimensional football is his game, the same longball game he used at Reading. It worked once so that is his blueprint for success.

Only it does not bring success, it is old hat most teams have moved forward. Even those at the bottom of the league pass the ball better than we do.

What goes on at Thorpe Arch God knows, but it cannot be to teach them to be ready to die to keep possession of the football. Probably they are lined up, and the one who can boot the ball furthest up the field, gets to go home early and polish his car.

If this wasn't so sad it would be a joke. I am afraid the buck has to stop some where and it all rests on Mr. McDermott's shoulders. He has to go aand go before it is too late.

Who to replace him, give the ball to Naylor , let him run with it until the end of the season and see where that takes us, what have we got to lose. I would wager the football played would be a higher standard.
