Neville's just uploaded this picture to his Instagram, what do you think he could be hinting at here? Hopefully something about Moyes being let go..

He was with Nicky Butt on the bench coaching for the CL U19s games so I guess he is involved in that. Whether or not he gets a salary I don't know

Moyes has been very lucky this season. Just when the axe is about to drop an easier game helps him out.
Having said that, Villa will go out and beat us now
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Setting your personal wishes aside MUDD, do you see the "axe about to drop"? Do you think the club would sack him at any moment?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If Bayern humiliate us, the axe will drop. Of that I have no doubts.
If it does not, then I would seriously question the competence of the senior management team at the club. Their hiring of Moyes in the first instance was stupid but persisting with a bad decision is incompetence
----------------------------------------------------------------------
listening to scholes after the city game saying moyes needs more time would lead you to believe he probably wont be sacked
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Is Scholes a member of senior management?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
no hes not mudd but he is seeing whats happening at a close level and would be more privvy to the mind set and thinking that prevails in the club. He not yes man or a company man that will preach the party line as his post match analysis demonstrates. He didnt have to plead for more time for moyes but he did.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The fact that he is not employed by the club actually further substantiates your points. If he was then you could level at him that he was just "being the company man" as you say.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So you think on national tv with his mates part of the coaching team, he would have asked for Moyes to be sacked?

no but if he wanted him sacked why would he say he was only 9 months into the job and needed time

Because that is the diplomatic response

I do like how you ignore Gary Neville's views about throwing money at the problem though

so after giving an honest assessment of the team and certain players performances he suddenly becomes all diplomatic when it comes to moyes. fair enough

You do realise that he was critical of the management and tactics as well, right?

I do
listen mudd apart from gary neville barbed and well deserved critique there is nothing but support for moyes emanating from the club or anyone connected with the club. In fact most people in the game in general are advocating he needs more time. I know its something you dont want to hear but thats the reality which means its looking highly unlikely you will get your wish after the munich game no matter the score.

If I do not get my wish, the club suffers as a result
