Lots more talk of administration tonight. If you believe whats being said by Cellino, Bates and others then debts are mounting. Which means its highly likely that the club hasn't been paying its taxes again.
Last time HMRC issued the winding up petition that triggered admin.
Current situation looks like it could be very similar to me.
GFH really have screwed the club over.

Our only (slim) hope is the Italian succeeds in his appeal. The Bates types will be waiting to pick the club up for nothing with a nice hefty points deduction too. Can't see gfh finding a way out, honestly can't.

It's 10 points automatic deduction for going into administration. If administration is exited in accordance with Football League rules i.e. via a CVA, then there should be no further points deductions.
If a CVA cannot be achieved then the Football League can re-admit a new company operating Leeds FC into the League with a further points sanction. This sanction is liable to be more than 10 points as it is in respect of a 'repeat offence'.

Lots of talk on twitter if admin, but the more worrying thing is that when pressed specifically re admin gfh keep coming back with. 'No comment ' as opposed to Haigh's comments of only a few days ago 'before fl ruling ' that admin would not be happening.

If we win our next 2 home games then I expect admin might happen as 53 points might just be enough for them to take the risk.
Remember though - the decision might not be theirs if the tax man issues an order.

"From 2007–08, any club entering administration after the fourth Thursday in March would have their 10-point deduction suspended until the following season. If the club is relegated the points will be deducted from their tally at the start of next season. If the club stays up the 10 points will be taken off their final total."
