After an impressive week of results, I was expecting a few more articles. I didn't expect owt from tufthead as he only likes moaning and there isn't much to moan about after back to back away wins.
With a more settled side, things seem to be improving. The defeat by Bournemouth was hard to take but look at their recent results and it isn't suprising. COYR ! And come on you Spartacus, Davedrew and company who used to put readable stuff on here. Please say summat !
Still quiet on here !

NormanDeanwasmagic, I'm a bit gutted that this place has dropped off. I usually pop over from time to time and see how things are going and even found myself agreeing with the last rant by Pluto (We do seem to concede a lot of goals in the closing stages of the game).
As for the recent run of games, lets just say that 3 games ago I looked at the run up and saw Reading Bournemouth and Yeovil and thought that 4 points was an outside possibility.
Was speaking to a few mates at the weekend who mentioned that a majority of our last few games are against teams that are destined for mid table. Hope this is right because theres nothing better than teams with nothing to play for.

Ey up Ezio, nice to know you're still out there.
A bit worrying that you are agreeing with tufthead though.
I could take him more seriously if just now and again he would have something positive to say. For some the glass is half full, and others it's half empty. I think his glass ez an 'ole in t' bottom !

budred, I'm also hoping that the other teams around us have a massive dip in form and speaking of this I realised that I will be doing something unimaginable and will be cheering on Weeds tonight.
If they beat Charlton by a decent amount we could move out of the relegation zone on Goal difference

Howdo all; I, like most, won't comment on any thread that PT 'contributes' to. It's a shame that folks like him can spoil what has been at times the best forum.
As always, I remain positive, but it's going to be tough now. C'est la vie and all that! COYR!

after the bournemouth defeat which was a real kick in the teeth if anyone had said that out of the next 3 games we would take 7 points every fan would have taken that and most including me would not have expected it. The point against those cheating diving crying Seagulls (they did exactly the same last season at Oakwell) was in the end a great point, how we went down to 10 men and they kept all 11 on the field is beyond me. Unfortuantely cant be there tomorrow night but Burnley are not unbeatable and the lads should go into the game full of confidence. whatever we do I hope Yeovil beat Charlton, keeps Charlton down there with the rest of us and then the next 2 games could be so crucial. Although I wasnt there heard they played badly according to comments on other sites, can I say 1 of the reasons could have been that Mellis was in the team, God knows why. He was in the team against Forest,Leicester and Watford and for the 2 home games I have never seen a player stay on the pitch for 90 minutes who had no effect what-so-ever during the whole match he did not nothing for both games, I thought he had played his last game when not selected for the Reading and Yeovil games but surprise surprise he was in on Tuesday, please correct me if I'm wrong but I'm assuming he had no effect again against Burnley seeing as our shots on goal count was so low (agree not the only player to let us down but he more than others) so no midfield through balls for the front men to latch onto.I think he will be gone next season and it wouldnt surprise me if he already has a club lined up, yet another player who thinks he is too good for us and this division. He will receive a shock soon I've no doubt. Not looking good for us now but 2 away wins can change it all again, here's hoping and fingers crossed.
