Liverpool,Everton,Swansea&Southampton
are the perfect blueprint of what we should follow in future,
all player the right way and all have young managers looking to play football in the right way.
The last two managers weve had were an attempt to get back to the Premier League and have both failed in dramatic fashion.
Now with the next manager we have which hopefully under new ownership
should be in my opinion young with plenty of fresh ideas but we must also give them time to change our system ..... i would happily back Mcdermott if i saw him trying to play a new system but i havent seen it all season.
when the next manager comes in who do you think it should be? and who could fit this idea?

If Cellino gets the all clear you can just about put you life savings on it being an Italian manager.

Sean Dyche. No nonsense player and by all accounts a no nonsense manager.
He'd get them playing for the shirt.

TFP,I see what your saying,
But we need a decent owner first, then go thru the setup manager etc.
Hope cellino gets the nod, otherwise I just see more of the same sh it for f eck knows how long.

We need an owner who has a passion for the game-not money-and is driven to be the best and expects those that work for them to be the same. My gut feeling is that Cellino is that person.

I like Sean Dyche altho would he leave a recently promoted Burnley??
Not saying it would click over night Este id happily wait two years to be premier league ready with a good set up on the pitch .... i know its feels light years away but it really isnt if we could have a proper ambitious board!

Leeds United in the right hands presents the greatest potential outside the supposed top five in this country. On that basis any manager worth his salt would want to be here.
