Six pack

Hello all,

Don't know how often people go on here but hey ho.
Basically I got a good 4 pack. use to have a bit of a six pack however I have also always had the V shape at the bottom, infact its always been quite protruding.
Now is that actually muscle(just below the abs) or not because looking from it sideways on in the mirror it is like I have a belly? when I am sittin it just feels like skin when I am not tensing.

Also does anyone have really small lower abs?
I swear I would have a six pack if they was bigger? Its not the usual that people post saying I have good upper 4 but the lower is covered in fat, but just they are so small!Only slightly potruding off the back sheet that makes up the abs?

Also I have a bad lower back, anyone got any tips to work lower abs without messing with your lower back?

Anyhelp would be good.

Yeah hip football is a killer. I've got the sore back. I can only sleep on my front too so put a pillow under my abs. Takes Away the back pain. It's such a long process.

getting there, back pain at a minimal atm. activating glutes is the hardest part.
Lower abs getting signifcantly stronger/abdominal wall.
stretch out that chest mate and take the strain of your shoulders/scaps.

Best exercises for Abs are compound exercises like mil press, deadlifts and Squats.. if you do compounds the you dont need to waste time with sit ups etc I've found. 6 pack is more about body fat % that wasting hours of workouts doing sit ups etc.

Not true at all...depending on what you want to do with ur body but for instance a body builder... You always have to isolate or concentrate on the muscles u want to hit.
