Sickening treatment of BM

Firstly, he has to put up with GFH and there pathetic demands (in YEP article)

Secondly, has to put up with the shambles off the field

Thirdly, he get abusive phone calls off fans

REGARDLESS of his performance as manager and hes also had money to spend, its shocking conditions for any employee to have to work with.

Does a man whose acted with dignity deserve such treatment when all he has done is try his best?

Sometimes this club shames me!

More than likely it is David haigh who negotiates with players' agents to determine how much a players wages will be.
In the modern game the team manager doesnt even know how much a player earns.
It is usually a director of football or a managing director who makes the decision.

BM is being used to take blame away from Haigh and co. I strongly believe that Haigh has been designated by GFH to make most of the decisions, he's their 'footballing man'.

If he sacks McDermott people will turn more on him and he doesn't want that

But it is beside the point because Hunt and Murphy will not be on that much

It isnt besides the point when BM is taking stick for setting players on on high wages.

But they aren't on high wages. We have no proof those aren't just made up statistics

Which makes it even more stupid that some on here are slating him for setting on players on high wages.

Simple genuine question. If working conditions were already so bad in January - making it virtually impossible to manage the team, hence the decline in form, if we are to believe the excuses - why on earth did McD come back ?

Because he was committed to the club

Really ? Or is it that he knew he would never get a job anything like this again ?

Yes he's commited to a club that he knows has the potential to be massive again.
