As the title of the article states about being Arsenal manager what changes would you implement at the club.
My 5 changes would be
1. Sort out the injury issues & why they are happening.
2. Conduct interviews with each player and ask do they "Really" want to be here.
3. Spend money on having a squad that can cope with injuries.
4. Perhaps considering employing someone who can sort out our mental issues regarding playing the big teams.
5. Get our fitness levels high, like Dortmund where we would be the fittest squad in the EPL and can actually press to win the ball back instead of just letting the opposition do what they want.
So what are your changes????

Number 1 is the one big change that I think needs to be made at club level. For all his flaws Wenger has made the club pretty stable; it's his tactics, motivation skills and building a team that are letting him down and that's something any new manager would come in and do differently anyway. But our injuries have been appalling for years and it's farcical that they haven't properly been addressed yet.

5 needs to be fitness and strength rather than just fitness and that should help with 1 when the players are physically stronger and more robust. Get 2 right and it will help with 4.
And you need to add 6. pay what it takes to get the couple of world class players that will make the difference to have a chance of winning rather than sticking with bargains in a forlorn hope that you can prove you don't need to spend big money when all around you are.
