I live in a real world where, other managers and other teams act as a benchmark to what can be achieved, will you attribute other's success down to excessive money or just 'special cicumstances'.

If you are recruiting someone you have to make a decision when you may not have all the information you would love. You can take a chance, or play it safe with 4th place Arsene.
