I favour going with Coutinho. We should rip into them from the start and try to get the early goal. We can bring on Lucas if we need to defend a lead.

I think Joe Allen will play alongside Gerrard and Henderson with the SaSaS up front leaving the little Coutinho on the bench with Lucas to change things if needed, Sterling is very good at helping his full back and will have to be aware of their fullbacks overlapping.
