Manchester City are facing a heavy fine or a transfer embargo from Uefa for breaching Financial Fair Play regulations.

I have to see it to believe it, of course but this could have an impact on the inflated prices during the summer transfer window.

Wasn't there some sort of allowance for the initial years after a takeover or something?
PSG's deal with the Qatar tourist board seems outrageous though.

even if it is a small fine as the first punishment (of course im hoping for more), surely the next punishment for frequent offenders will be more meaningful. A transfer embargo would be great.
i think the most encouraging news is that a very small minority of clubs are in violation which means there will be a lot of pressure on UEFA to make FFP work.

It should definitely be a 6 point penalty. They should probably knock some off Chelsea too just to be sure. That Abramovich is shady as fúck

Yes, but everyone loves Stevie G right now - there isn't a single likeable player at ManC or Chelsea.
