What the hell is happening with this?
The contract has been on table for the past month at least. He says that "it will sort itself out"!
Surely this is how it works:
Rovers make offer.
Hoilett accepts or refuses to sign.
If he refuses to sign Rovers either remove the offer or improve it.
Am I missing something? Because it appears to me that there is no way he will be a Rovers player this time next year.

it looks like rovers have adopted the same transfer and contract negotiations policy as rangers which is......
when bidding for a player bid as low as possible knowing well that the club will reject
when negotiating contracts offer as little as possible knowing well that the player will reject
wait until other clubs come in to the picture
get out bid
act suprised when the player turns down the offer or decides to transfer to another club
say 'we did everything we could'
just how many players could we have realistically bought if we stopped fa**ying about?
Keane, Onuoha,Larsson, etc.................
the only reason we got goodwillie was because the only other club interested in him, rangers are probably the only team worse than rovers when it comes to fa**ying around!

I'd like to give you an answer for that but, sadly, we're all in the dark at the moment. He may be keeping his options open and sign at the end of the window but I can't be sure.

Just come on the BBC he's about to sign. Kean says it will be signed at the weekend.
