...of the league (mirroring the Liverpool, Everton scenario right now) would you want us to lose or try and get a result to keep 4th in sight. City would most likely beat us but how would it make you feel we did beat Man City resulting in spurs winning the league.
I'm reading a lot of split comments on twitter where Some Everton fans would rather give up on the fight for 4th if it meant helping City win the league over Liverpool. Some don't care about Liverpool winning the title so I'm not sure how fierce their rivalry is compared to our genuine hatred for spurs.

But because City won the League Cup, do 6th not get Europa anyway? I thought there was a chance of 7th getting Europa if Arsenal didn't finish top 4 and certain other things went a certain way. Lots of our fans, match going ones, weren't happy at the thought of paying the same money for Maribor as they would, say, Bayern Munich.
Since then the Glazers have said they'll do something with the cost, bless their little cotton socks. Oh sorry, they're that gelted they only wear silk

Just face it, Everton are gonna shaft you like you shafted us against Blackburn in '95.
Oh no, wait, it was Andy Cole that shafted us that year wasn't it.
Jamie Redknapp would be much more well liked if Cole had finished one of them chances that day. Sublime free-kick that would've done us a massive favour. In other circumstances he could've been an Old Trafford hero. He'd even have a song. Look at JT, he got one.
