These two are both going to get better and better and I can't believe how good they are for their age. The future looks bright with these two providing the spark for the team even in their young age and can you imagine what they'll be like when they're 26 or there abouts? Can't wait to watch them blossom into phenomenal players.
Am I over hyping them or are they really that good?

Coutinho and Lucas have both missed out of the Brazil 23. It's a shame for them but i'm sure they will come back from it stronger.
Jois in there. Seems Bernard has got the nod ahead of Coutinho. Odd choice IMO but that's Scolari.

I was disappointed at first when I heard that. But then realised it gives them both a nice rest over the summer. Fine by me!

Philippe's heart was clearly set on selection, but it is too early for him. As said before, Scholari has his favourites. Great track record as a coach, but didn't exactly shine at Chelsea.

The disappointment of missing out will only drive him on more.

Brazil will win the World Cup IMO.
I am glad Coutinho missed out though as he isn't the most naturally fit player.
A good rest and he should be on fire from the start of next season.

When Coutinho first arrived, he could barely play 80 mins. He's a lot fitter now so he's improved in that respect.

Only time will tell, for what it's worth I think they can both become top class, probably not absolute world beaters, your Arden robbens, Andres Iniesta's etc, but certainly top quality
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ajren Robben and even more so Andres Iniesta are very world class. Both in the top 15 players in the world, and among the best in their respective positions.

I think that's pretty much what i said isn't it?
