Be careful what you say on here if Sherwood takes over, he'll hunt you down and you'll be in the dugout before you know it! Maybe that's why people want him

Agree with the support of him though, looks to have done a good job and isn't afraid to try new players/make unpopular decisions.

Sherwood I'd not really thought of, but makes sense the more I think about it.

wouldn't be unhappy with TS at the club. Need to sort out the future of the current "coach" first mind ..........

Cellino will sack BM but wants to avoid paying compensation. He will appoint an Italian puppet manager who will trim the squad, flog RM and bring in a bus load of loan players from Italy.

BM will quickly get another job and will be grateful to escape the madhouse.

Interesting though that Cellino mentions two players by me that he likes the look of, Smith and Murphy........ remind me, who recruited them?

Where's Eric when you need some corrective to the anhedonists?

Tim Sherwood? Obviously a lot of posters want a return to League One. He managed a decent bunch of players who had been mismanaged under Villa-Boas. That's all he did. Excuse me, my pet rat Alex could have done that with his eyes shut.
Fact is Cellino will want to bring in Italian players, so he needs an Italian manager. Zola is the obvious candidate for me, but don't be surprised to see Di Canio get the job. I think he's crazy enough in two languages.
As for Brian? Arrivaderci Fatboy. Baggies for the drop in 2015 if he darkens their doorstep.

Until halfway through I agreed with wife, Sherwood is one of these managers who appeared to do a good job purely becauise they were better than the previous occupant.

Another thought on this. Cellino is saying McDermott has been out of contact. McDermott says Cellino hasn't been in touch.
I don't know about you, but if the CEO of my company wants to get in touch with me, he just calls my direct dial.
There's a lot of bull excrement around Elland Road at the moment and someone's just switched on the fan.

Brian, I don't believe a word Cellino says. He's clearly inherited a mess (don't these people understand how to do due diligence?) and he's panicking.
