Tooting, yes it's our cup final too and a chance to get to the promised land. But in saying that, like I said above, the pressure is not on us, it's on your prima donas. 2 final points, I don't think we are quite ready for the premier league yet. That's not really the point is it? I'm sure Man City and Real Madrid fans could cherry pick several players in their squad who are on more reasonable wages, but it doesn't change the fact that they pay their squad more than anyone else.

Even taking into account the relative disparity between transfer fees and wages, now and in the early 90's, your spending absolutely dwarfs what Pickering shelled out.
