Jack Wilshere To Be Charged Nonsense

A lot of opposition fans legitly think he'll get into trouble for that chant.

Let's break down what he actually said:

He asked "What do we think of Tottenham?"

Then he asked,

"What do we think of shít?"

Other than the extremely foul language, I can't see how Jack can be faulted here.

He merely asked two factual questions that pique the interests of several thousand arsenal fans.

It really was a genuine enquiry

I love Jack. He can't help himself when it comes to WUMming Spurs. He's laid off them on Twitter though

If Wilshere is charged for that I'll lose all faith in this country.

Nice to see that in your first moment of glory for almost a decade the first thing your players are concentrating on doing is talking about Spurs...

Never saw Kompany having a pop at United the other week when winning the league and there is the difference in class.

"Nice to see that in your first moment of glory for almost a decade the first thing your players are concentrating on doing is talking about Spurs..."

Says Tottenham twice and that's what they're concentrating on apparently.

Football fans are such precious little priss's these days.

Rivalry is a good thing in football, he's been involved with the club for a long time, not to mention it's just funny.

Such nonsense analysis of the minutia of players behavouir.

Paul Robinson got the crowd going at Ledley King's testimonial last week with some anti Arsenal stuff, I hope that was ok.

We have a rivalary with Spurs, a great long rivalry.

Wilshere is a fan and like any other fan he was celebrating with a dig at our rivals, helping fuel the rivalary.

He never walked into Tottenham pub armed with a machete, he sang a song, a song fans sing week in, week out, a song he probably grew up singing.

He done no harm. If the shoe was on the other foot and a Tottenham player stood up in front of Tottenham fans after Tottenham just won the cup outside Tottenham's ground and sang a Tottenham song would people be calling for his head?

I highly doubt it.

For all the stick we give players for not playing for the badge, for not understanding club history and traditions, it was great to see.

Rivalary is a great thing in sport and long may it continue.
