Hope to God he can recover again, he's had such an unlucky time with his health. Two difference forms of cancer as well as Crohn's disease.

I'm afraid if it's a secondary cancer, where else may it have spread.

Suppose that's what they'll look to find out. This brings back some awful memories of when Paul Hunter was ill.
