....friendly games away from home prior to the World cup?
I know FA owes a lot of money to the banks for building new Wembley stadium. Hence, they play more football in this stadium to service the debt.
My question is, keeping world cup in mind, should England have played more games away from home to stand a chance in this world cup? Just to accustomed to climate and altitude. I remember everybody was mentioning humidity factor against Italian team.
Discuss.
Should England have played more..

The more foreigners we have year on year in our league, the worse our results get.
This is far from a xenophobic rant, just a fact.
Oh well

What an absurd comment Tux. They'll chose other leagues and eventually EPL would become SPL.

Usually it's our lack of imagination going forward. The dire draw's against Portugal, USA, and Algeria? Plus the 1-0 wins against Paraguay and Ecuador, and our late 2-0 win against T&T
