We can't afford Premier League players. Nobody in this league can without parachute payments, so we'll look to the lain market again to plug any gaps. Prem managers and players will be queuing up to play under Steve here so let's no panic about not replacing loanees yet. They're not going to blow their transfer budget on replacing a player they're still negotiating with to stay either, so let's worry about Bryson as and when the dust settles, if indeed he does go.

Same reason you released your Chilean defender, Jara then - who needs internationally recognised players, anyway?
Although I did notice he scored an own goal and missed the penalty that knocked his team out - clearly been learning from the very best at Forest

I never said they were our players, I said our team would be weaker without those three in it and I stand by that.

If Bryson were staying he'd have said by now though why he would go and plat for Burnley or QPR regardless of the division is beyond me. I could get more money working for another company but I'm reasonably happy here

We need to improve the core squad and then utilised the loan system again to supplement it: we can't do anything else without contravening FFP and risking all the hard work done on the finances so far.

No I never expected to sign Wisdom, dont want Bamford but expected to sign Thorne, all I did is state that the team could start the season weaker than it finished it which it most likely will
