Porto has accepted bid from City for Eliaquim Mangala. Price is reported to be in 32M region.

I think we should put in bid for Matija Nastasic. Especially when fee that is being rumored is 8M. I think he is very talented young CB and would be a great addition to the squad.

would be a good substitute to Fernando

Didn't Fernando move to Man City as well?

Yeah, that´s why I said that Porto could be interested in Javi Garcia. This type of transfer happen quite a lot in Portugal, Quaresma to Porto and Matic to Benfica being examples.

Only seen Mangala a coupole of times and have to say i thought he was a little clumsy. Hes a hell of a presence though. Worth noting he isnt ahead of Koscielny or Sakho for France and neither of them are rated at 30 million odd.

Nastasic won't be going anywhere.

Slighty odd article though.
"The arrival of Mangala could prompt former England international Joleon Lescott to seek a new club, with West Bromwich Albion interested in him.
City, though, may prefer to sell Matija Nastasic to Juventus as they need to keep the required number of England qualified players at the club to satisfy domestic and European competition quotas."
We released Lescott a month ago...

If you believe everything you read we've also signed Benatia from Roma - so you can debate quality, but we certainly won't lack quantity!
Only thing I think you can rely on is that we won't release Nastaic - assuming he's recovered from the mystery injury that kept him out most of last season.
