Most expensive championship player ever and 2nd Scottish player behind Steven fletcher.
Fulham have been spanked here!

Seems like the Italian Bates has got more than top dollar for a player...oops

Amazing money if true, as side says, wonder how money will be structured.
More importantly, as we didn't need to sell, hope it is reinvested back into playing squad.
Whilst I wish Ross well, I do hope we finish above Fulham this season!

Knowing our luck it will be £500,000 down payment and the balance when Fulham win the Champions League.

I think even if it's 6 or 7 million now with the rest based on performance/appearances it's still good business. Hopefully like people say this triggers some signings for us now.
I'm happy the fat has been trimmed from the squad and given to the dog, but now the remaining meat needs some seasoning!

Wow....if we have got around 7m upfront then that is some deal!
Lets just hope its all reinvested!

If he's gone to another championship club then I hope he has a shocking season

Pro..........
If the reported price is true this is tremendous business.
Good luck to Ross at his new club (being a sport like I am), only time will tell whether they've been wise in their decision to spend that amount on the player.
Although personally I hope he's a dismal failure and that they regret it.
As others have quite rightly stated on other threads, alongside this one, it is now time for an reinvestment in players. This money can, if invested sensibly by Massimo Cellino, allow us two or three quality players.
This is where he and Salerno will show whether they have what it takes.
I think Massimo Cellino needs credit on his business skills over this particular sale. Ken Bates and GFH would have folded their hand at a £2m - £5m bid.
He obviously has a bit more to him than certain parties would have us believe eh...?
Over to you Massimo, time to use the money for the right purpose..!

If the cash is used for the Italian player purchases, say 5 or 6, then Cellino will get 5 or 6 players for the price of one, and probably cover a few yearly wages; meaning, Leeds got 5 or 6 players for free at not much cost to LUFC.
If it's even close to my assumption thenb it's a good move by Cellino.
The future is white.

Well. I suppose it had to happen , Goes with my Thanks and best wishes (apart from when he plays against us).
Crazy money if true and hopefully will go back into the squad.

Add this one to Silvestri and Bianchi
All three reportedly coming to Leeds.
Remember, if they come, these deals were in place before we lost RM...!
