Probably nothing but Federico Vivianis wiki page has his current club listed as us.
I think he would be a great signing for us, midfield sorted.

is a loan not better if we know nothing about him? if he's dogger send him back.
if hes decent, buy him

Jud, I think all the foreigners should be loans if possible as higher chance of not working out.
But Cellino has said how many more are coming, has said that they'll probably not be British and has stated a future for transfers, so one would expect some quality signings (not loanees) wouldn't you?

Loan with option to buy would be a good deal give him a season see how he fits in and performs.
Don't know a that much about him but has to be better than last seasons midfielders.

Yes, I'd make sure there's an option to buy.
They might not make it, might not like living abroad, could be many more reasons than for a British player.
Hard to tell how these players affect our team until we see them, Roque Junior should have been good for us, right?
What worries me is that we still have a gaping hole for a goalscorer and our defence which has been porous for years has not been addressed.

I'd expect to see some common sense and less back biting as progress is obviously being made. If you want Utopia immediately guess what...., it ain't gonna happen.
Let's see what happens in the next couple of weeks on the transfer front. British signings have not been ruled out either.

Two new keepers brought in.
Defenders are being looked at. Two have trained with us but the club decided against.
Don't worry jonty some outfield defenders will come in.

british players cost too much whether buying em permanently or loaning...the foreign players wouldn't anything like as much...so all we can do is wait & see...i think we'll be pleasantly surprised...

Frank, it's ironic, I said last season that we needed to replace Kenny as he was part of the defensive problem, yet folk on here argued against it.
Our whole defence needs overhaul, we need creativity and a ball winner in midfield and a striker, a proper one.
Having missed Hock's unique get fit to last all season sessions one hopes any new recruits now will be able to last 90 mins....

And if they don't no doubt you'll be here to highlight it.
