Shane Long has continued his impressive form for new Club West Brom by scoring for the second successive week.
Thats 2 goals in 2 and both goals came against none other than Man U and Chelsea!! Looks like Long is starting to fulfill his potential at last.
And Robbie Keane scored on his debut for his "boyhood idols" LA Galaxy!!! . The first goal in a 2-0 win over San Jose Earthquake.
You got to love the way Robbie obviously gets great satisfaction from winding up the begrudgers by proclaiming it was always his "dream" to play for LA Galaxy!!

Think you're being a bit negative there Mcilvik!!!
The MLS is every bit as good as the SPL. Just look at how Celtic, Rangers and Hearts have struggled in Europe this season. The lack of skill and basic abitlies such as keeping the ball are glaring in the SPL. And i'm not knocking the SPL its a great league in terms of entertainment but as far as quality goes its a joke to be honest.
Robbie will not go "soft" either in the MLS. Regular games will help his sharpness as well..

Its not a bad wee spot....much nicer than Portavogie but all the real nice Down seaside Villages are more to the south.
North Down are were all the cesspits are and none bigger than Conlig...
