You're all acting like there are no old white males in high positions. Look at the parliament they are majority same for FA. Stop moaning that they are discriminated against because at the end of the day they are still holding top positions. I ain't too fussed about what colour they are but having majority older people tends to slow things down. With younger guys they are usually more up to date.

Maybe they have experience and are the right people for the job?

We have a stable political system rather than one full of hotheads....is this a bad thing?

So you're suggesting that pretty much everywhere all the old white males are better suited to higher positions than say an younger ethnic female, despite her having better know how of the job?
